1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Limitation of Liability

luckyluui Casino's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit luckyluui's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by luckyluui

luckyluui Casino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, luckyluui may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your luckyluui account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Amendments

luckyluui Casino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of luckyluui Casino following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact luckyluui Casino's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. luckyluui Casino will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
